
Monique Reneaux is a dedicated real estate professional with a rich educational background and extensive experience in the industry. A 1988 graduate of Sylmar High School, Monique has been a licensed Realtor since 2008, actively involved with the National Association of Realtors and the California Association of Realtors since 2010. Her professional journey also includes memberships with the Pasadena Foothills Association of Realtors since 2008 and a role as a licensed Realtor working with Michael Shaar. Additionally, Monique has served as a Property Management Officer for S.I.G. since 2007 and is currently the Vice President.
Continuing her professional development, Monique has completed various courses through the National Association of Residential Property Managers, including Ethics in 2016, Marketing in 2017, and Advanced Risk Management in 2016. She also earned her Property Management Certification from the California Association of Realtors in 2017.
Monique is deeply involved in her community, having served as an AYSO Head Coach for boys and girls aged 10-12 between 2007 and 2010. She has also held leadership positions within the Dunsmore PTA and the other organizations. Her commitment to the American Cancer Society is evident through her participation in the Foothills Relay for Life. Since 2007, she has enjoyed working at the Montrose Chamber Oktoberfest, and received the NARPM Excellence Award in 2018.
Her professional affiliations include leadership roles in the Sunland-Tujunga Chamber of Commerce, where she served as President twice, and the United Chamber, where she has been a member since 2017. She has also been actively involved with the National Association of Residential Property Managers, serving as Secretary and President.
Monique’s charitable contributions reflect her commitment to making a difference, including her involvement with the “Making It Happen” initiative, which impacted five families in 2018, and “The Giving Spirit,” supporting homeless donations. She has also contributed to the City of Hope as a donor in 2018.
In her personal life, Monique enjoys traveling, hiking, and exercising, reflecting her active and community-oriented lifestyle.
